As an Aluminium Marine Metalworker, you will work in the Aluminium department, where complete superstructures for luxury superyachts are assembled. You will build aluminium sections and units based on construction kits, technical drawings, and bills of materials. The structures you work on meet the highest quality standards and require extreme precision.

Your duties include:

• Assembling aluminium sections and superstructures from technical drawings and bills of materials.
• Tack welding with MIG/MAG (131) in all common welding positions.
• Checking dimensions, tolerances, and quality.
• Processing aluminium by means of grinding, milling, and plasma cutting.
• Safely hoisting, moving, and positioning materials using a crane.
• Working with measuring equipment such as a theodolite and spirit level.
• Ensuring a safe, tidy, and organized workplace.
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver projects on schedule and according to quality requirements.

• Demonstrable experience as an Aluminium Marine Metalworker or similar position.
• Experience in yacht or shipbuilding is a strong advantage.
• Ability to independently read technical drawings and bills of materials.
• Experience assembling aluminium structures.
• Experience with MIG/MAG (131) tack welding in all common positions.
• Experience with plasma cutting, grinding, and milling.
• Experience operating an overhead crane and safe hoisting.
• Experience with measuring instruments such as a theodolite and spirit level.
• Ability to work with high precision; quality is paramount.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of the Dutch, English, or Polish language.
• Possession of a valid Dutch VCA certificate.
