As an Assembler / Welder, you will be involved in the production of heavy-duty steel container frames and machine structures. You will assemble structures independently based on technical drawings, tack and weld the components, and check that the end product meets the specified quality requirements. You will work in a modern workshop on challenging bespoke projects for a wide range of clients within industry and mechanical engineering.

Your duties will include:

• Assembling heavy steel structures from technical drawings.
• Tacking and welding structural components using the MIG/MAG process.
• Checking dimensions, quality and finish.
• Machining and modifying components where necessary.
• Working in accordance with safety and quality guidelines.
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver projects on time and to specification.

• Proven experience as an Assembler / Welder.
• Experience with MIG/MAG welding processes.
• Ability to read technical drawings independently.
• Experience with heavy steel structures is a strong advantage.

• Good command of Dutch or English.
