As a final assembly technician, you will be involved in a variety of assembly tasks on a daily basis during the finishing phase of luxury yachts. The work is of a precision engineering nature and requires a high degree of accuracy and an eye for detail.

Your duties will include:

• Fitting hardware to aluminium structures
• Working from technical drawings
• Carrying out precision assembly work
• Checking dimensions and finish
• Assisting with other assembly tasks where necessary

This role does not involve woodworking; the focus is entirely on aluminium and high-quality finishing. You will work in a clean, controlled environment where quality and precision are essential.

• Experience in similar work within superyacht construction
• Ability to work with great precision and accuracy (finishing environment, not structural work)
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings
• Ability to work well with colleagues
• Committed to delivering top quality
• Proficiency in English (at least one person in a pair)
• Hold a valid VCA certificate

• Working on exclusive projects in the superyacht building sector
