As a Structural Bench Worker, you are part of the Assembly department. Together with plumbers, pipefitters, and mechanics, you work on the technical spaces of luxury superyachts. You manufacture and assemble foundations, floors, platforms, drip trays, and supporting structures for equipment and pumps. Additionally, you install exhaust systems for engines and generators and perform various welding tasks on piping, frames, and floors.

Your duties include, among others:

• Manufacture and assemble foundations, floors, platforms, and drip trays.
• Install equipment, pumps, and exhaust systems for engines and generators.
• Perform construction and welding work on piping, frames, and steel structures.
• Work independently based on technical drawings and diagrams.
• Checking dimensions, quality, and finish.
• Collaborating with colleagues from various technical disciplines.
• Working in accordance with applicable safety and quality regulations.

• Completed technical education at least at MBO level
• Experience as a structural fitter or in a similar techni
• Experience in yacht building, shipbuilding, or installation technology is a plus.
• Ability to independently read technical drawings and diagrams.
• Experience with construction and welding work.
• Quality-oriented, accurate, and with an eye for detail.
• Good communication skills and a proactive work attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of the Dutch or English language.
