As a Doors & Hatches Fitter, you will be working on the construction of exclusive superyachts. You will be responsible for machining, installing and fitting interior and exterior doors and hatches. Most of your work will take place on board, where precision is essential. Using a laser, you will position doors and hatches with millimetre precision in accordance with technical drawings. In addition, you will carry out adjustments to the equipment in the workshop where necessary.

Your duties will include:

• Fitting and adjusting interior and exterior doors and hatches.
• Measuring and aligning using a laser.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Fitting and adjusting parts where necessary.
• Checking dimensions and quality.
• Working carefully, tidily and safely on board and in the workshop.

• Proven experience as a Doors & Hatches Fitter.
• Experience of working with a laser is an absolute must.
• Ability to read technical drawings independently.
• Experience in yacht building is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work accurately, neatly and with a focus on quality.
• Good command of English; Dutch is an advantage.
• Available to work full-time.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
