- Some experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of piping systems and work experience or affinity with shipbuilding
- Possession of VCA certification or willingness to obtain it
- Leadership qualities and a team player mentality
- Proactive and hands-on approach
- Contract for 32 or 40 hours per week
