As an Ironworker / Fabricator, you will be involved in the assembly and construction of complex steel structures within the maritime and mechanical engineering sector. You will work independently from technical drawings and be responsible for accurately fitting, assembling, and preparing components.
Your daily work includes reading and interpreting construction and welding drawings, checking materials for accuracy and quality, and assembling steel parts using various techniques such as grinding, cutting, and tack welding. You will also ensure that structures are properly aligned and prepared to prevent deformation during welding.
In addition, you will support pre-outfitting activities such as installing foundations, mounting structural components, and assisting with mechanical installations.

- Proven experience as a steel worker, fabricator, or construction bench worker
- Ability to read and independently work from technical and welding drawings
- Knowledge of welding symbols (ISO 2553 and AWS standards)
- Experience with fitting, assembling, and aligning steel constructions
- Valid VCA certificate
- Certificate for safe lifting operations, or willingness to obtain one
- Gross hourly salary between €18.13 and €19.72
