As a Small Metalworker / Finishing Technician, you will be involved in the high-quality finishing of luxury superyachts. You will carry out precision assembly work and fit hardware and aluminium components in accordance with technical drawings. This does not involve structural work, but rather meticulous finishing work in which quality and finish are paramount. In addition, you will assist with other assembly tasks within the project where necessary.

Your duties will include:

• Fitting aluminium components, hinges and locks.
• Carrying out precision finishing work in accordance with technical drawings.
• Checking dimensions, fit and finish.
• Assisting with other assembly tasks where necessary.
• Working in accordance with the applicable health and safety and quality regulations.
• Collaborating with colleagues to successfully complete projects.

• Proven experience in similar fitting-out work within the superyacht or shipbuilding industry.
• Experience with precision mechanical assembly work and aluminium components.
• Ability to read technical drawings independently.
• Ability to work with great precision and a focus on quality.
• Good command of English (at least one person in a pair); Dutch is an advantage.
• Good teamwork skills and a proactive approach to work.
• Hold a valid VCA certificate.
• Available full-time.
