We are seeking a stainless steel fabricator who can independently produce constructions based on manufacturing drawings and work orders. In this role, you will work on components for superyacht construction such as stairs, railings, doors, and frames. As a stainless steel fabricator, you will start your day by reviewing work orders. You will then begin welding stainless steel constructions and applying various metalworking techniques such as cutting, sawing, drilling, grinding, polishing, and tapping. You have your own workspace, but you will also frequently be on the superyacht to fit, measure, and assemble the constructions. Is this the challenge you are looking for? • Completed vocational training in technology
• At least 2-5 years of experience in stainless steel product fabrication
• Experience as a construction metalworker Affinity with yacht building is a plus
• Punctual and solution-oriented
• Able to work independently but also a team player
• Loyal and residing in the vicinity of Monnickendam (within a 30 km radius)

• A competitive salary above the pay structure of the Metalektro collective labor agreement, depending on your experience
• A temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment
• As many as 40 vacation days per year for full-time employment
• 8% vacation pay and a year-end bonus of 1.5%
