In this role, you are responsible for high-quality welding on board ships and in section construction. You will work on hull piping and section parts, often in challenging and hard-to-reach places. You will work independently on projects across various locations in Friesland.
Your tasks include:
Welding steel, stainless steel, and Cunifer using the TIG (141) process.
Working with wall thicknesses of 3 mm to 12.5 mm and diameters from 10 mm to 550 mm.
Executing complex welds, including HL045 positions and mirror welding.
Working under strict NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) inspections.

Certificates: Valid IACS-approved welding certificates (ISO 9606 or ASME IX) for TIG steel and stainless steel.
Experience: Proven experience with mirror welding and butt welds on piping systems.
Technical skills: Experience with wall thicknesses of 3 mm – 12.5 mm and diameters of 10 mm – 550 mm.
Safety: Valid VCA certificate is required.
Language: Minimum basic level of English.
Salary: Gross hourly wage between € 17.33 and € 19.59.
Duration: Start ASAP, project scheduled until July 17, 2026.
Hours: 40 hours per week, with overtime options up to 55 hours.
